Job Vacancy: Sales & Driver Positions – Leading F&B Company in Kuwait

A leading Food & Beverage company in Kuwait is expanding its team and looking for experienced professionals for multiple sales, marketing, field operations, and driving positions.

Candidates with strong knowledge of the Kuwait market and relevant F&B experience are encouraged to apply.

• Supervise and support the sales team.
• Monitor daily sales performance and targets.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Ensure sales objectives are achieved.

• Visit assigned markets and sales locations.
• Monitor product availability and market activities.
• Check displays, stock levels, and pricing.
• Prepare market visit and inspection reports.

• Visit customers and develop new sales opportunities.
• Promote the company’s F&B products.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on orders and sales leads.

• Handle daily sales activities and customer orders.
• Promote products to shops and businesses.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships.

• Promote company products to customers.
• Explain product features and offers.
• Increase product visibility and sales.
• Support promotional campaigns and activities.

• Safely operate company vehicles for business and delivery activities.
• Transport products and materials as assigned.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes.
• Maintain the vehicle in good working condition.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage / FMCG industry is preferred.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license issued before 2014 is mandatory.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Transferable Kuwait residency required.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Responsible, professional, and target-oriented.
