Role Summary
A reputable employer in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Storekeeper to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials issuance for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming parts and supplies.
- Issue and stock materials accurately according to requisitions and work orders.
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare and process documentation for receipts, transfers, and returns.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage practices, and housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Provide customer service to internal stakeholders and suppliers as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 5–8 years working knowledge of storekeeping and general warehousing.
- Skills: Familiarity with issuing, stocking, ordering, receiving parts/supplies, and inventory management.
- Technical: Proficient in MS Office and any computerized inventory system.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
