Role Summary
A leading oil and gas company in Kuwait urgently requires an IT Technician to provide on‑site technical support, maintain IT equipment, and assist with daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard business applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex incidents.
- Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and basic cabling tasks.
- Support user account management and access provisioning.
- Perform routine maintenance, inventory, and asset tracking.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years relevant IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, common business applications, and basic networking.
- Good troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work on site, follow safety procedures, and join immediately.
- Transferable visa preferred.
