Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise scaffolding erection and dismantling ensuring compliance with drawings and safety standards.
- Inspect scaffolding structures for stability, load capacity, and safe access.
- Coordinate manpower and materials to meet project timelines.
- Enforce PPE use and safe work practices and conduct toolbox talks.
- Prepare daily reports and liaise with site management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in scaffolding supervision.
- Visa: Transferable visa required; immediate availability preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and team leadership.
- Attributes: Detail oriented, safety focused, and able to work in demanding site conditions.
