WE ARE HIRING – Junior Cost Controller | Kuwait 🇰🇼

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Cost Controller to join our team in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Accounting or Finance who are interested in developing their career in food cost control, inventory management, and operational finance within the F&B, hospitality, or catering sector.

This position is available only for candidates holding a valid Kuwait residency/visa.

Position: Junior Cost Controller
Location: Kuwait

 Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs

 Review:

• Purchase Orders
• Invoices
• Receiving Records
• Stock Movements

 Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock variances

 Analyze food and beverage consumption trends

 Monitor wastage and recommend cost optimization measures

 Prepare:

• Daily Cost Reports
• Weekly Reports
• Monthly Cost Analysis Reports

 Assist with menu costing and pricing analysis

 Coordinate with:

• Procurement Department
• Stores/Warehouse Team
• Finance Team
• Operations Team

 Maintain accurate records and support financial controls

 Bachelor's Degree in:

• Accounting
• Finance
• Related Field

 1–2 years of relevant experience

 Experience in:

• Food & Beverage Industry
• Hospitality Industry
• Catering Industry (Preferred)

 Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

 Understanding of cost control procedures

 Strong analytical and numerical skills

 High attention to detail and accuracy

 Strong organizational and reporting abilities
