UAPCO Company is looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced Marketing Officer to join its growing team in the agriculture sector.

This role is ideal for marketing professionals with experience in agricultural products, landscaping, nurseries, irrigation systems, fertilizers, pesticides, or farming-related services.

Position Details

Position: Marketing Officer – Agriculture
Location: Sulaibiya, Kuwait

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement marketing strategies for agricultural products and services

 Promote:

• Agricultural Products
• Plants & Nurseries
• Landscaping Services
• Irrigation Solutions
• Farming & Related Services

 Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers

 Manage social media platforms and create engaging marketing content

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis

 Monitor agricultural industry trends and customer demand

 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners

 Coordinate exhibitions, promotional activities, and agriculture-related events

 Visit farms, nurseries, landscaping companies, suppliers, and clients when required

 Support business development and sales growth initiatives

 Prepare marketing reports and market feedback for management

Requirements

 Previous marketing experience in an agriculture-related company or industry preferred

 Knowledge of:

• Agricultural Products
• Plants & Nurseries
• Landscaping Services
• Irrigation Systems
• Fertilizers
• Pesticides
• Farming Services

 Strong social media and digital marketing skills

 Experience developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities

 Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills

 Ability to identify new customers and market opportunities

 Creative mindset and ability to generate marketing ideas

 Strong organizational and time-management skills

 Ability to work independently and within a team environment

 Good English communication skills

 Arabic language is an advantage

 Kuwait or GCC market experience preferred
