A well-established Food & Beverage company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Manager to oversee and drive the performance of multiple restaurant outlets.

This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with strong operational expertise, people management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

 Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets

 Monitor sales performance, KPIs, food cost, labor cost, and profitability

 Ensure consistent service quality, food quality, and brand standards across all locations

 Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant management teams

 Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews

 Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards

 Identify operational challenges and implement improvement plans

 Support business growth and drive operational efficiency

 Analyze outlet performance and prepare management reports

 Ensure customer satisfaction and brand excellence at all times

 Minimum 4 years of experience in F&B operations

 Previous experience managing multiple outlets is mandatory

 Strong leadership and team management skills

 Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and performance KPIs

 Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

 Valid Kuwait Visa 18 (Ahli) preferred

 Kuwait F&B industry experience will be a strong advantage
