We are Hiring Operations Staff | Kuwait

Basraa.app is looking for a responsible, energetic, and detail-oriented Operations Staff member to support its daily delivery and logistics operations in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery operations while maintaining excellent customer service.

Salary: KD 250 – 350 per month

• Monitor and coordinate daily delivery orders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign delivery tasks and follow up with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track ongoing deliveries and resolve delays or operational issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, merchants, drivers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, driver activities, and operational updates.
• Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Handle customer and merchant inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Assist with onboarding, coordination, and support of merchants and delivery drivers.
• Support operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management based on business requirements.

• 1–2 years of experience in:

  • Operations
  • Logistics
  • Delivery Services
  • Customer Service
  • Related fields

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

• Good command of English.

• Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.

 10 Hours per Day (Including Break)

 Friday – Weekly Off

 Working schedules may vary based on operational requirements.

Salary: KD 250 – 350 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
