Urgent Hiring – Purchasing & Maintenance Officer
A leading ladies salon company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and motivated Male Purchasing & Maintenance Officer to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, and maintenance activities across the company’s branches and facilities.
The ideal candidate should have strong Kuwait market experience, good negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
- Source materials, equipment, and services from reliable suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Monitor purchasing requirements for all salon branches.
- Follow up on maintenance requests for branches, offices, and facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and service providers.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed properly and on time.
- Monitor maintenance and purchasing needs and arrange necessary services.
- Collect and submit invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, maintenance, and supplier records.
- Prepare daily reports and other administrative documentation.
- Coordinate closely with management and branch teams.
- Handle multiple purchasing and maintenance tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Assist management with other assigned operational requirements.
- Male candidate required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Kuwait.
- Strong experience in:
- Purchasing and procurement
- Supplier coordination
- Maintenance management
- Vendor negotiations
- Transferable Article 18 visa required.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of the Kuwait supplier and service market.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good computer and documentation skills.
- Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Flexible to work during evening hours when required.
- Professional and cooperative approach.
