Hiring Cashier & Shift Leader in Kuwait

Wingman Culture, a fast-growing trendy dining brand in Mahboula, Kuwait, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cashier & Front-of-House Shift Leader.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate cloud POS cash registers, manage guest billing, and reconcile daily sales receipts across delivery aggregator platforms.
• Serve as the active communication bridge between Back-of-House (kitchen) and Front-of-House dining staff.
• Manage third-party delivery dispatch operations, assigning food orders to couriers swiftly and accurately.
• Inspect prepared menu dishes before service to ensure strict adherence to presentation, temperature, and quality standards.
• Coordinate packaging inventory orders, liaise with supply vendors, and track daily operational petty cash expenses.
• Train junior front-counter staff, maintain spotless dining areas, and resolve guest feedback professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a cashier or shift leader in casual dining or fast-food operations.
• Age between 21 and 35 years; currently residing inside Kuwait.
• Conversational Arabic speaking capability preferred; fluent English required.
• Transferable residency visa (Article 18) with immediate joining availability.
