MerchandiserResponsibilities

 Arrange and display products attractively

 Ensure product availability and presentation standards

 Monitor stock movement and replenishment

 Support promotional activities and campaigns

Sales StaffResponsibilities

 Assist customers and provide product recommendations

 Promote products and achieve sales targets

 Build customer relationships

 Support store sales operations

General LaborResponsibilities

 Assist with loading, unloading, and handling products

 Support warehouse and operational activities

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

 Assist teams with day-to-day tasks

Requirements

 Currently residing in Kuwait

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn

 Good communication and teamwork skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 Experience in retail, sales, warehouse, or operations is an advantage

 Experience in the plants and flowers industry is not required
