Hiring Supermarket Cashier in Kuwait

Homeland Supermarket, a premier community grocery retail store located in Mahboula, Kuwait, is recruiting energetic Cashiers & Retail Store Workers.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Scan grocery items swiftly at retail checkout counters and pack shopping bags courteously.
• Process customer payments via cash, K-Net debit cards, credit cards, and retail gift vouchers.
• Balance cash drawers accurately at the beginning and conclusion of each retail checkout shift.
• Assist with shelf replenishment, price tag verification, and product facing during non-peak hours.
• Guide shoppers to appropriate product aisles and answer customer pricing inquiries politely.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitized checkout lane environment.

Requirements

• Prior cashiering or retail grocery experience in supermarkets or hypermarkets.
• Polite, customer-service oriented demeanor and strong mental arithmetic skills.
• Basic computer and barcode POS system operating capabilities.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18).
• Immediate availability for work in Mahboula.
