A busy commercial restaurant in Kuwait is urgently seeking qualified, diligent, and competent Restaurant Cooks & Kitchen Staff to join its team in Sharq, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook assigned menu specialties, including kebabs, oriental grills, fatayer pastries, and tandoori breads.
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across kitchen preparation and cooking stations.
• Prepare fresh marinades, doughs, and mise en place daily according to executive restaurant recipes.
• Operate grills, ovens, fryers, and tandoors safely, regulating cooking temperatures efficiently.
• Coordinate closely with head chef and expediting staff during peak dining hours to ensure fast order fulfillment.
• Monitor raw food freshness, rotate ingredients per FIFO guidelines, and report inventory shortages.
• Adhere strictly to Kuwait municipality food safety regulations and restaurant operational guidelines.

Requirements

• 2-4 Years of practical culinary experience in commercial restaurants, grills, or bakeries in Kuwait/GCC.
• Valid Kuwait Baladiya Health Card is strictly mandatory.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
• Strong culinary discipline, physical stamina, and capability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
