Hiring – Sous Chef Required in Kuwait
We are looking for a talented, experienced, and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong kitchen experience, leadership skills, and a good understanding of food preparation, quality, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Job Responsibilities- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team regarding ingredients.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
- Help manage kitchen workflow during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Support the Head Chef in menu preparation and kitchen planning.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen position.
- Proven experience in professional restaurant or hospitality kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
