Hiring Café Floor Supervisor in Kuwait

A trendy specialty café and coffee lounge in Kuwait City is seeking an energetic Café Supervisor to direct daily floor operations, supervise service staff, and uphold premium guest hospitality.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café shifts, service staff, baristas, and counter cashiers during 9-hour shifts.
• Monitor coffee quality standards, food safety protocols, and cleanliness throughout the venue.
• Manage store opening and closing cash balancing, POS audits, and shift turnover reports.
• Resolve customer inquiries and feedback courteously to foster exceptional brand loyalty.
• Manage raw ingredient stock levels, milk orders, and bakery display replenishment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in cafés, specialty coffee lounges, or fast-casual restaurants.
• Valid Kuwait Baladiya health card ready for immediate transfer.
• Strong team leadership, operational discipline, and customer focus.
• Transferable Kuwait residency.
