Hiring Specialty Coffee Barista & Waiter in Kuwait
A well-reputed specialty dining and cafe restaurant in Kuwait is urgently seeking passionate, skilled, and competent Specialty Coffee Baristas & Waiters to join its front-of-house team in Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Extract specialty espresso coffees, prepare manual pour-overs, and craft artistic latte art designs.
- Prepare signature cold brews, iced beverages, and handcrafted mocktails following standard cafe recipes.
- Welcome dining guests warmly, present menus, and offer knowledgeable beverage recommendations.
- Serve customer orders promptly with polite, professional dining room etiquette.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene across the espresso bar counter and dining room.
- Calibrate espresso grinders, clean brewing group heads, and steam wands continuously throughout shifts.
- Monitor dairy, specialty coffee beans, and syrup inventories to prevent stock outages.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Barista or Waiter in specialty cafes or upscale restaurants.
- Ability to thrive in busy, fast-paced dining atmospheres with a friendly smile.
- Valid Kuwait Baladiya Health Card is required.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 with immediate transfer readiness).
- Company provides accommodation, transportation, and 1 scheduled day off per week.
- Immediate availability to commence employment.
