An accredited testing, certification, and calibration laboratory in Kuwait is hiring a Technical Calibration Coordinator to manage equipment testing schedules, client communications, and metrology documentation.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate client calibration requests, laboratory schedules, and instrument dispatch.
• Review and verify calibration certificates, technical datasheets, and test reports.
• Maintain detailed asset tracking of measurement standards and reference equipment.
• Liaise between calibration engineers, quality assurance personnel, and corporate clients.
• Manage digital and physical filing systems ensuring ISO/IEC quality compliance.

Requirements

• Academic background in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
• Prior administrative or technical coordination experience in engineering or testing environments.
• Proficient in technical English documentation and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa.
• Immediate availability.
