AR Suvai, an authentic South Indian dining restaurant in Kuwait, is seeking a talented cook specializing in traditional Tamil Nadu flavors, specialty dum biryanis, and South Indian breakfast tiffins.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Cook authentic Tamil Nadu cuisine including Seeraga Samba Kalyana Biryani, curries, and gravies.
• Prepare fresh Parotta, multi-variety Dosas, Idlis, Vadas, and traditional accompaniments.
• Manage commercial kitchen food preparations, spices, marinades, and fresh batches.
• Maintain rigorous kitchen hygiene, food storage standards, and station organization.
• Coordinate with kitchen assistants to ensure rapid meal delivery during peak rush hours.

Requirements

• Proven professional culinary background in authentic South Indian and Tamil Nadu recipes.
• Prior commercial restaurant or catering experience (GCC experience advantageous).
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa.
• Valid Baladiya food handler health card.
