Urgent Hiring – AutoCAD Draftsman
A leading Real Estate Company in Kuwait is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to join its growing team. Candidates with experience in the real estate or construction industry and strong drafting skills are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings.
- Modify and update drawings according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings when required.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate drawing records and revisions.
- Support project planning and documentation.
- 2–5 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience preparing real estate plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Transferable Article 18 Visa is mandatory.
- Knowledge of architectural and engineering drawings.
- Experience with drafting standards and project documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of other design software is an advantage.
