Urgent Hiring: Automotive Spare Parts Counter Salesman in Kuwait
A leading automotive spare parts company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Counter Salesman to join its sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of vehicle spare parts, excellent customer service skills, and experience in automotive parts sales.
Job Responsibilities- Assist customers with automotive spare parts inquiries and sales.
- Identify and recommend the correct spare parts using the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC).
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on inquiries and orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with garages, workshops, and retail customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate parts identification for customer requirements.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
- Proven experience in automotive spare parts counter sales.
- Strong knowledge of American, Japanese, and Korean vehicle spare parts.
- Hands-on experience using Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) and parts identification systems.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Experience preparing quotations and following up with customers.
- Existing network of garages and automotive workshops is an advantage.
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of automotive aftermarket products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
