A leading Lubricants Company is looking for an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Head to lead industrial and commercial lubricant sales, business development, and strategic growth initiatives in Kuwait.

- Lead and drive B2B sales growth across industrial and commercial lubricant markets
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans
- Manage key accounts, distributors, and major corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives
- Handle tenders, contracts, and commercial negotiations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives
- Implement value-based selling strategies to strengthen market position
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
10–12 years of experience in the lubricants industry or downstream Oil & Gas sector
Minimum 4–5 years of senior B2B sales leadership experience
Strong network of industrial clients and distributors
Proven experience in:

Strong understanding of industrial lubricants and technical product applications
