Urgent Hiring – Experienced Barista Required in Kuwait
A coffee shop in Kuwait is looking for a skilled and energetic Barista to join its team. The ideal candidate should have previous coffee shop experience, strong coffee-making skills, and professional Latte Art abilities.
This is a local hiring opportunity, and candidates currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable residency are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Demonstrate professional Latte Art skills.
- Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, and other coffee beverages.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other barista equipment properly.
- Check ingredients and supplies and inform management when stock is low.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining service quality.
- Previous experience working in a coffee shop or café is required.
- Strong coffee-making skills.
- Professional Latte Art experience is required.
- Young, energetic, and hardworking personality.
- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Reliable, committed, and responsible.
- Non-Arab applicants only.
- Must currently be residing in Kuwait.
- Transferable Article 18 visa required.
- Must be available for immediate transfer.
- Immediate joining preferred.
