We're Hiring – Medical Representative in Kuwait
Alpha Medical Company is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Medical Representative to join its growing team in Kuwait.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, developing relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacies, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Job Responsibilities- Promote and market pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to healthcare professionals and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and other healthcare customers.
- Develop new customer accounts and expand market coverage.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and collections.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Explain product benefits and features professionally.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular feedback about customer needs and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to support business growth.
- Male or Female candidates can apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a relevant healthcare field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative in Kuwait is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical product promotion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Kuwait healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License is required.
- Own car is mandatory.
- Transferable Kuwait residency is preferred.
