Job Vacancy: Business Development Executive / Sales Engineer

Landcorr Energy – Kuwait is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Engineer to join its team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, industrial sales, or the Oil & Gas sector, along with a good network of industry contacts in Kuwait.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Kuwait.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Develop business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate with clients and work toward successful deal closures.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Industrial, Energy, or Engineering sector is preferred.
• Strong existing contacts and business network within Kuwait's Oil & Gas industry.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good client relationship and business development abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of the Kuwait industrial and Oil & Gas market.
