• Coordinate freight and cargo shipments.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and shipping partners.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and cargo documentation.
• Follow up on shipment schedules and delivery status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth cargo operations.

• Handle daily office and administrative tasks.
• Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Manage filing and office records.
• Assist with calls, emails, and general coordination.
• Support management with day-to-day administrative duties.

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote cargo and freight forwarding services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales and business development targets.
• Support marketing activities and customer communication.

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness of office areas and common spaces.
• Assist with basic office support duties.
• Keep pantry and workplace areas clean and organized.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience is preferred for experienced positions.
