Key Responsibilities
- Manage category purchasing and procurement activities.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and quality.
- Analyze market trends and identify new product opportunities.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet inventory and purchasing requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders.
- Update and maintain procurement records using ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Category Buying, Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in ceramic products, building materials, home décor, or furniture companies is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Good English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates currently residing in Kuwait.
- Holding a transferable Visa 18.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Experience in retail procurement or category management is an advantage.
- Competitive salary: KD 350–400 (Fixed).
