A catering company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and skilled Catering Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in large-scale food production, buffet preparation, catering events, and kitchen operations.

• Plan and prepare menus for catering services, events, and buffet operations.
• Manage large-scale food preparation and daily production.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Organize kitchen activities and assign tasks to kitchen staff.
• Supervise the preparation and cooking of catering orders.
• Ensure meals and buffet setups are ready according to scheduled timings.
• Maintain proper food storage and handling procedures.
• Monitor food ingredients and kitchen stock.
• Control food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Coordinate with the catering and service teams for smooth event operations.
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy catering events.

• 3–5 years of catering experience in Kuwait.
• Previous experience in large-scale catering and food production.
• Hotel Management Certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of buffet preparation and catering events.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and organize daily production.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be ready to transfer residency immediately.
• Responsible, hardworking, and committed to maintaining quality standards.
