Job Vacancy: CDP, Demi Chef de Partie & Commis Chef

A hotel in Sharq, Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced and motivated Kitchen Staff to join its culinary team.

1. Chef de Partie (CDP)
Responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, preparing food according to standards, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations.

2. Demi Chef de Partie
Assist the Chef de Partie with food preparation, cooking, kitchen organization, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

3. Commis Chef
Assist senior chefs with ingredient preparation, basic cooking, cleaning, and maintaining an organized and hygienic kitchen.

• Prepare and cook food according to hotel and kitchen standards.
• Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place.
• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and cooking procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Store and handle ingredients properly.
• Keep kitchen equipment and workstations clean and organized.
• Work closely with chefs and other kitchen team members.
• Complete assigned duties efficiently during busy service periods.
• Support smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or professional kitchen is preferred.
• Relevant experience in the position applied for.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional, hardworking, and reliable attitude.
• Candidates must currently be residing in Kuwait.
