Job Vacancy: IT Support Required in Kuwait

A company in Sharq, Kuwait is looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Support professional to join their team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of computers, Windows systems, printers, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and users.
• Troubleshoot computer, software, and hardware-related issues.
• Install and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system problems.
• Resolve printer, scanner, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with basic network troubleshooting.
• Identify technical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Perform basic hardware and software maintenance.
• Support users with common computer and technical issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems when necessary.

• Previous experience in IT Support or a similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of computers and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of printers and other computer peripherals.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Good knowledge of basic networking and connectivity.
• Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle technical issues independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to support users.
• Candidates currently available in Kuwait are preferred.
• Immediate joining is preferred.

KD 350 per month
