Urgent Hiring – IT Support in Kuwait
We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support professional to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in desktop and laptop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, printers, and day-to-day technical support.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Job Responsibilities- Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers and network connections.
- Assist users with email and system-related issues.
- Provide support through ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Assist with basic Active Directory administration.
- Support user account and access-related issues.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity problems.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Respond to technical support requests promptly.
- Maintain proper records of IT issues and resolutions.
- Handle multiple support requests while maintaining good service quality.
- Proven experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support.
- Experience supporting Windows and preferably Mac systems.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience with printer configuration and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking and network fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
- Knowledge of email configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues.
