Job Vacancy: Excavator, Loader & Backhoe Loader Operators

A company working on construction and Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait is looking for experienced and skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join its team.

1. Excavator Operator

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform excavation, digging, trenching, and material-handling activities.
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report mechanical issues.

2. Loader Operator

• Operate wheel loaders for loading and moving materials.
• Handle soil, sand, aggregates, and other construction materials.
• Follow site safety procedures and equipment operating standards.

3. Backhoe Loader Operator

• Operate backhoe loaders for excavation, trenching, loading, and related site work.
• Perform accurate digging and material-handling operations.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment at all times.

• Operate assigned heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow project instructions and site operating procedures.
• Perform daily inspections before operating machinery.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the equipment.
• Follow construction site and Oil & Gas safety regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site workers.
• Complete assigned work according to project requirements and timelines.

• Proven experience operating the relevant heavy equipment.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of heavy equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a demanding construction environment.
• Responsible and safety-conscious attitude.
• Only experienced operators will be considered.
