Urgent Hiring – O&M Maintenance & Safety Staff Required in Kuwait
A company handling an ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract in Ahmadi, Kuwait is urgently looking for experienced and qualified professionals to join the team.
Available Positions- Safety Officer – 1 Position
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Mechanical Rotating Equipment Technician – 1 Position
- Electrical Maintenance Technician – 1 Position
- Instrumentation Maintenance Technician – 1 Position
- Relevant experience in the applied position.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical field experience.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in an industrial/O&M environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow company safety procedures and work instructions.
- Candidates with relevant Kuwait, Oil & Gas, industrial, or O&M experience will be preferred.
- Immediate availability is an advantage, especially for the Safety Officer position.
- Monitor workplace health and safety standards.
- Conduct site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Assist in risk assessments and safety documentation.
- Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Support emergency preparedness and incident reporting.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.
- Inspect pumps, compressors, motors, and related mechanical equipment.
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Identify equipment faults and support repair activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment failures.
- Inspect electrical systems, panels, motors, and related equipment.
- Carry out maintenance work according to safety procedures.
- Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation systems.
- Inspect, calibrate, and test instruments and control devices.
- Identify instrumentation faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate calibration and maintenance records.
