Civil Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Fit-Out Draftsman / Project Coordinator

A reputed company in Kuwait is hiring experienced professionals to join its Fit-Out Project Team. Candidates with Kuwait experience and transferable residency are preferred.

• Manage and supervise civil fit-out works at project sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams.
• Monitor site execution, quality, and project progress.
• Ensure work completion according to drawings and specifications.

✅ Minimum 3–4 years of Kuwait fit-out experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of site execution and project management.
✅ Ability to handle site coordination and technical requirements.

Salary: Starting from 300+ KD

• Coordinate mechanical fit-out works including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Review drawings and coordinate with site teams.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications.

✅ Minimum 3–4 years of Kuwait fit-out experience.
✅ Experience in:

• HVAC systems
• Plumbing works
• Fire Fighting systems coordination

Salary: Starting from 300+ KD

• Prepare interior fit-out shop drawings.
• Develop and modify technical drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with engineers and site teams.

✅ Experience in interior fit-out shop drawings.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
✅ 3D knowledge is an advantage.

Salary: Starting from 275+ KD

• Prepare BOQ and project-related documents.
• Assist with pricing, procurement, and material coordination.
• Maintain project records and reports.
• Coordinate between clients, suppliers, and project teams.

✅ Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary: Starting from 250+ KD

✔ Kuwait work experience mandatory.
✔ Immediate joining preferred.
