Hiring Commercial HVAC Maintenance Technician in Kuwait
A premier facility engineering contractor in Kuwait is seeking qualified HVAC Technicians experienced in institutional, defense base, or large commercial camp facility operations.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, service, and troubleshoot packaged AC units, rooftop units, and central chillers.
- Diagnose electrical control circuits, contactors, thermostats, and compressor units.
- Perform refrigerant leak detection, system evacuation, vacuuming, and gas charging.
- Conduct routine filter replacements, coil cleanings, and fan motor inspections.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of HVAC preventative maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience as an HVAC technician (military camp or large commercial facility experience is advantageous).
- Technical diploma or ITI trade certification in HVAC/R.
- Proficient in reading wiring schematics and HVAC diagnostic procedures.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa.
- Ability to commence work promptly.
