Construction Manager (Mechanical & Civil) – Oil & Gas Required in Kuwait

TNCO is looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Mechanical and Civil Construction for Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, project execution, and site management skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in both Mechanical and Civil Construction Works.
• GCC/Kuwait experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • EPC projects
  • Construction methodologies
  • QA/QC standards
  • HSE requirements
• Proven experience managing:
  • Construction teams
  • Subcontractors
  • Project execution activities
• Ability to manage project schedules, manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project is preferred.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.

• Lead and manage Mechanical & Civil construction activities for Oil & Gas projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare project reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and contractual requirements.
• Resolve site issues and improve project efficiency.
• Manage manpower, resources, and productivity.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout project execution.
