Job Vacancy: Continental Head Chef, Cooks & Assistant Cook – Messila, Kuwait

A casual dining restaurant in Messila, Kuwait is looking for experienced and hardworking kitchen staff to join its team. Candidates with a strong background in restaurant operations and Continental cuisine are encouraged to apply.

• Lead the kitchen team and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and supervise Continental dishes.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage food preparation and kitchen workflow.
• Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards.
• Guide and supervise cooks and assistant cooks.

• Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards.
• Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow recipes, portion control, and food safety procedures.
• Ensure consistent food quality during service.

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Prepare ingredients for daily kitchen operations.
• Support cooks and the Head Chef during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures.

• 5–6 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen position is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine for Head Chef and relevant cooking positions.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.
