Contractor Representative – Oil & Gas Project
Job Description
A prestigious K Company Project is seeking an experienced Contractor Representative to oversee contract execution and act as the primary liaison between the Company and the Contractor. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in contract administration, documentation management, project coordination, and HSE compliance within the Oil & Gas or industrial sector.
Job Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact between the Company and the Contractor, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Monitor contract activities to ensure all terms, conditions, and requirements are properly followed.
- Coordinate daily project operations and follow up on ongoing contract-related activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to keep management updated.
- Maintain accurate records of completed services and ongoing project activities.
- Prepare manpower reports, material usage reports, and other necessary project documents.
- Collect, review, and submit contractor manpower details and required supporting documents.
- Verify and submit invoices along with all relevant documentation for processing.
- Communicate regularly with Company Representatives regarding project updates, challenges, and contractual matters.
- Coordinate with HSE Officers to ensure all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are followed.
- Assist management with preparing reports, project data, statistics, and required studies.
- Support project documentation, tracking, and administrative activities to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Secondary School Certificate with a 2-year Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation management, contract administration, or a similar coordination role.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial maintenance, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Valid Kuwaiti Driving License is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong documentation, reporting, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
