Procurement Officer & Senior Accountant Required

A well-established organization in Kuwait is looking for experienced professionals to join their team. Candidates with strong experience in HVAC, industrial manufacturing, engineering, and project-based industries are encouraged to apply.

Immediate joiners currently available in Kuwait will be preferred.

• Manage procurement activities for HVAC and industrial materials.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate competitive terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate material deliveries, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation.
• Support inventory control and material planning activities.
• Ensure timely availability of materials for projects and operations.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation.

• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing company.
• Strong experience in HVAC and industrial sectors.
• Good knowledge of:
  • HVAC components
  • Mechanical materials
  • Copper tubes
  • Sheets and coils
  • Heat exchangers
  • Radiators
  • Fittings and tools
  • Industrial consumables
• Experience in vendor management and supplier evaluation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Candidates currently available in Kuwait preferred.

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and support bookkeeping activities.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage audit requirements and compliance activities.
• Handle inventory accounting and project costing.
• Support payroll and staff payment processes.
• Improve ERP usage and accounting processes.
• Assist in developing SOPs and internal financial controls.
• Support banking activities and project accounting requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA / CA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or project-based industries preferred.
• Knowledge of:
  • ERP systems
  • Tally
  • SAP
  • Axanta
  • Zoho or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience handling audits and banking activities.
• High accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving license mandatory.
