Hiring Manpower Marketing Manager in Kuwait
A well-established corporate manpower consulting and staffing agency based in Mangaf, Kuwait is hiring a results-oriented female Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing initiatives to secure manpower supply contracts across Kuwait.
- Liaise with industrial, engineering, hospitality, and healthcare corporations to identify staffing demands.
- Market local and overseas workforce recruitment solutions to contracting firms and commercial enterprises.
- Prepare corporate proposals, client service presentations, and negotiate competitive supply agreements.
- Manage client relations, address staffing feedback, and maintain long-term business partnerships.
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment agency associates to streamline candidate talent pipelines.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, corporate marketing, or manpower recruitment in Kuwait.
- Female candidates are specifically required for this corporate marketing leadership role.
- Strong command of professional English; fluency in Arabic is an exceptional advantage.
- Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18 or 22).
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and executive presentation capabilities.
