The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing initiatives to secure manpower supply contracts across Kuwait.
• Liaise with industrial, engineering, hospitality, and healthcare corporations to identify staffing demands.
• Market local and overseas workforce recruitment solutions to contracting firms and commercial enterprises.
• Prepare corporate proposals, client service presentations, and negotiate competitive supply agreements.
• Manage client relations, address staffing feedback, and maintain long-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate with overseas recruitment agency associates to streamline candidate talent pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven track record in business development, corporate marketing, or manpower recruitment in Kuwait.
• Female candidates are specifically required for this corporate marketing leadership role.
• Strong command of professional English; fluency in Arabic is an exceptional advantage.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18 or 22).
