iMile Delivery is currently looking for a skilled and motivated Drivers Team Leader to join our operations team in Kuwait. If you have strong leadership abilities and experience in logistics or delivery operations, we’d love to hear from you.
Location:Kuwait (Local candidates only)
Role Overview:The Drivers Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily driver operations, ensuring efficient delivery performance, and maintaining high standards of safety, productivity, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of delivery drivers
- Plan delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely service
- Monitor driver performance and address operational challenges
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Train and coach drivers to improve efficiency and customer interaction
- Prepare performance reports and support management in decision-making
- Coordinate with operations teams to improve delivery processes
- Proven experience in logistics, delivery operations, or team supervision
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making ability
- Good organizational and reporting skills
- Familiarity with delivery systems or tracking tools is an advantage
