Job Vacancy: Engineers & Technicians – Hygiene Products Manufacturing

A Hygiene Products Manufacturing Team in Kuwait is looking for experienced engineering and technical professionals to join its growing production and maintenance operations.

Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing machinery, production equipment, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.

• Support and monitor daily manufacturing and production activities.
• Ensure production machinery operates efficiently.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot production machinery issues.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Help improve production efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow workplace safety and manufacturing standards.

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical production machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical equipment faults.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support machinery installation and commissioning when required.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems used in manufacturing.
• Diagnose electrical and control-system faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Support electrical repairs and machinery installations.
• Monitor electrical equipment performance.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and technical standards.

• Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance of production machinery.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.
• Inspect machinery components and identify faults.
• Replace or repair defective mechanical parts.
• Support production teams during machinery breakdowns.
• Maintain tools and work areas properly.

• Perform electrical maintenance on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control-system problems.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Inspect electrical components and machinery connections.
• Repair or replace faulty electrical components.
• Support engineers during equipment installation and maintenance.
• Follow electrical safety procedures at all times.

Experience with the following types of manufacturing machinery will be highly preferred:

• Tissue converting machinery
• Paper converting machinery
• Packaging machinery
• FMCG manufacturing equipment
• Hygiene products manufacturing machinery
• Industrial production machinery
• Similar automated manufacturing equipment

• 3–5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Engineering or technical qualification relevant to the position applied for.
• Hands-on experience with production machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Experience in preventive maintenance.
• Experience in breakdown/corrective maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve machinery-related issues.
• Good understanding of industrial manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience in tissue converting, paper converting, packaging, FMCG, or similar machinery is highly preferred.
