• Prepare fresh fatayer and breakfast items according to required recipes and standards.
• Handle dough preparation, filling, shaping, and baking.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, size, and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and fillings before service.
• Ensure proper food storage and preparation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
• Follow food safety and kitchen safety standards.
• Manage preparation efficiently during busy breakfast hours.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper use of ingredients.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Fatayer Chef or similar position.
• Strong experience in preparing fatayer and breakfast items.
• Good knowledge of dough preparation and baking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant or kitchen.
• English and Arabic language skills required.
• Article 18 (Ahli) transferable visa required.
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.

• Salary: KWD 300–350 per month

• Coordinate and assign daily tasks and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers and field staff regarding schedules and assignments.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Track assignments and provide updates to the concerned team.
• Handle customer or operational queries when required.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with management and operations staff.
• Resolve routine scheduling and delivery issues.
• Ensure smooth communication between the office and field teams.
• Follow company procedures and operational guidelines.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery, or operations is preferred.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• English and Arabic language skills required.
• Article 18 (Ahli) transferable visa required.
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
• Ready to join as soon as possible.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.

• Salary: KWD 150–200 per month
