Urgent Hiring – Food & Beverage Supervisor Required in Kuwait
A growing company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor to manage daily food and beverage operations. Candidates with strong leadership skills and hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise daily restaurant and F&B operations.
- Manage and guide service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Train and support team members when required.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait food safety standards.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Asian nationality preferred.
- Must be bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Transferable Article 18 Visa required.
- Candidates must be currently available inside Kuwait.
- Immediate joining required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Salary: KD 330 – 350 per month.
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Weekly Off: 1 day
- Benefits as per Kuwait Labour Law.
