Now Hiring – Female Barista Required in Salmiya
A coffee shop in Salmiya, Kuwait is looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Female Baristas to join its team.
This opportunity is open for candidates who are already residing in Kuwait and can transfer their Visa 18. Candidates with previous barista or café experience are preferred.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café products according to company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and work area.
- Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently.
- Operate café equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain proper presentation of beverages and products.
- Support the team during busy periods.
- Follow café procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with daily opening, closing, and general café duties when required.
- Female candidates only.
- Age limit: 35 years.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
- Transferable Visa 18 is mandatory.
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
- Salary: KWD 275 per month
