Immediate Hiring – Barista Required in Kuwait
A restaurant in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join its team. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant barista experience and a transferable Article 18 Ahli visa are encouraged to apply.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold beverages according to required standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.
- Prepare different coffee and beverage orders efficiently.
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Assist customers with beverage selections and respond to their requests professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and service areas.
- Monitor beverage ingredients and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
- Support other café or restaurant duties when required.
- Ensure customers receive fast, professional, and courteous service.
- Minimum 2 years of Barista experience required.
- Previous restaurant, café, or coffee shop experience preferred.
- Article 18 (Ahli) transferable visa required.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
- Professional, hardworking, and responsible attitude.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Salary: KWD 200+ per month.
