A restaurant in Kuwait City is looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and manage the culinary team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent food preparation knowledge, and experience maintaining high-quality kitchen standards.

• Oversee all daily kitchen operations and food production.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Develop and maintain high-quality menus and recipes.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and reduce wastage.
• Monitor kitchen performance and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen staff and management.
• Maintain company standards for food preparation and service.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior kitchen position.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Creative approach to menu planning and food presentation.
