About the RoleThe Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support sales across retail fashion brands.
This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and in-store promotional activities to deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials
- Plan, produce, and manage photo and video content for campaigns and product launches
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, brand activations, and in-store events
- Collaborate with retail, sales, and creative teams to enhance brand visibility
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Coordinate with influencers, agencies, photographers, media partners, and external vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- Strong experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and editing tools
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities
- Must be currently based in Kuwait
