HR & Administrative Affairs Officer Job in Kuwait


Wara is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Administrative Affairs Officer to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage HR operations and administrative functions while supporting a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, attendance, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait Labor Law
  • Maintain organized filing systems and administrative procedures
  • Assist in coordination between departments and internal communication
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or Administrative Affairs
  • Good knowledge of employee file management and administrative processes
  • Basic understanding of Kuwait Labor Law
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Valid transferable residency (Visa)
  • Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait
