Wara is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Administrative Affairs Officer to join our team in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage HR operations and administrative functions while supporting a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation
- Handle administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations
- Support HR functions including onboarding, attendance, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait Labor Law
- Maintain organized filing systems and administrative procedures
- Assist in coordination between departments and internal communication
- Previous experience in Human Resources or Administrative Affairs
- Good knowledge of employee file management and administrative processes
- Basic understanding of Kuwait Labor Law
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Valid transferable residency (Visa)
- Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait
