Role Summary

Hiring a proactive HSE Officer to lead and enforce health, safety, and environment standards for facility maintenance and construction activities. The role focuses on PTW coordination, site inspections, and ensuring safe execution of electrical, mechanical, and firefighting works.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years relevant HSE experience in facility maintenance or construction.

• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, firefighting, and fire alarm systems.

• Valid transferable visa and currently residing in Kuwait.

• HSE training certificates and trade certificates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit HSE plans and coordinate with the client’s HSE team.

• Coordinate, review, issue, and monitor PTWs for high‑risk activities.

• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

• Supervise site activities including electrical, firefighting, fire alarm, and LV/HV maintenance.

• Conduct daily safety inspections and lead toolbox talks.

• Identify hazards, report incidents, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure availability and proper use of PPE and maintain HSE records.
